What is included in each delivery?
Each delivery includes six individually wrapped Classic Pecan Pralines presented in our signature black gift box.
How often will I be charged?
Your payment method will be charged automatically once each month.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Use the recipient’s name and shipping address and the purchaser’s email and billing information.
Can I change the shipping address?
Yes. The purchaser can update the shipping address through their customer account.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. You can skip or pause deliveries through your customer account.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at least seven days before your next renewal. Once an order renews and preparation begins, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
When will my box ship?
Each order typically ships within two to three business days after processing.
Do the pralines require refrigeration?
No. Store them in a cool, dry place at or below 74°F. Refrigeration may help protect their texture during warmer conditions.
