We’re honored to share our premium pralines and gourmet confections with customers across the U.S. Every order is packed with care to preserve the quality and freshness you deserve.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🕒 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS or USPS.

Note: Delivery time does not include processing time and may vary during peak seasons or due to weather.

🌡️ Warm Weather Shipping

To protect your confections during warmer months, we include:

• Insulated packaging

• Gel ice packs (as needed)

• Only ship Monday–Wednesday during warm-weather months to avoid weekend delays

We strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping during hot weather or if you're sending gifts to warmer climates.

🎁 Gifting

Sending a gift? You can add a personalized note at checkout. We never include pricing in shipments.

🛑 Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Louisiana Candy Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Unclaimed packages

• Carrier delays

If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
